This is the first time I’ve ordered here, and suffice to say I’m kind of disappointed. One of my pens is EXTREMELY hard to get a good hit from, and the other worked perfectly. The thing that frustrated me more than anything is that the turnaround I was promised to what actually happened was false. I reached out to the company to try and get answers after a week of not getting any shipping notifications whatsoever. I never got a response from the company and then got a shipping notification 2 days after that. It almost felt like they were just going to take my money until I made inquiries on where my product was. I will say they packed it securely and nothing was damaged so I am grateful for that.
